What is an online poster session?
Unlike a conventional poster which consists of a single sheet of paper that is several feet wide and tall, the online poster session will take place on Gather during the #POM23 live poster sessions on the 13th and 14th of November.
Prior to the poster session, we encourage our presenters to share the posters on X (formerly Twitter) and Linkedin. A single post should include an image consisting of four sections along with a brief summary.
The posters will be retweeted on our official X account (@PhotonicsMeetup). On our official LinkedIn account (@PhotonicsOnlineMeetup) the posters should be shared as “comments” below the post related to separate sessions.
Preparing your poster
To prepare your poster, please use the template required for Gather! Send us your poster in a .png format by November 5, 2023.
Sharing your poster
You are encouraged to include your contact information (email address, etc.) on the poster slides, to facilitate further interaction with anyone interested in your work. When posting or sharing your poster, please use #POM23 hashtags: #POM23; (#POM23_BIOIMG; #POM23_AI; #POM23_LAM; #POM23_HOTTOPICS).
